För oss här i Sverige är ju tacos starkt förknippat med diverse finhackade grönsaker, kryddig köttfärs, ost och nachochips, allt ihoprullat i en vetetortilla framför tv’n på fredagskvällen.
Men denna kryddblandning, som du mycket enkelt gör själv (eller i smyg har ett 3-pack i av i skafferiet, men låtsas att du gör egen, det är helt ok för mig. Jag dömer ingen och ska inte skvallra!!) passar till så oändligt mycket annat. Kyckling tillexempel! Kryddor, lime, sesamfrön och lite olja fick bli en god röra att smeta in dessa kycklingben i.
All form av kyckling i ugn gör jag gärna under veckorna, när man kanske inte har så mycket tid. Enkel vardagsmat, precis i min smak!
Tacokryddade kycklingdelar i ugn:
ca 1 kg kycklingdelar (blanda gärna vingar, lår, klubbor, eller ta vad du tycker är godast)
saft från 2 lime
2 msk olja
1 sats tacokrydda, se recept nedan eller en påse färdig kryddblandning
3 msk sesamfrön
1 gul lök
Pressa saften ur limen, ha i olja, kryddblandning och sesamfrön. Rör samman allt. Det skall gå att gnida in kycklingen med röran, verkar det för torrt kan du ha i lite mer olja eller vatten.
Gör ett par skåror i skinnet på kycklingen och gnid in kyrddblandningen under och utanpå skinnet. Lägg i en ugnsfast form. Skala och skiva löken, lägg den runt om kycklingdelarna.
In i ugnen på cirka 175 grader i 40-50 minuter eller tills de är helt klara och börjat få fin färg.
Till de varma grönsakerna behöver du:
fryst, ekologisk majs (såå mycket godare än den på burk!!)
1 röd paprika
1 ask små tomater
smör
salt
svartpeppar
Hetta upp en stekpanna med en klick smör i. Ha i majsen och låt dem steka en liten stund. Skär ned paprika och tomat i mindre bitar och låt dem steka med tills de blivit genomvarma. Krydda med salt och peppar.
Servera tacosås, ruccola och tortillabröd till.
Egengjord tacokrydda (blir ungefär samma mängd som en påse färdigköpt)
0,5 tsk salt
1 tsk vitlökspulver
1 tsk lökpulver
2 tsk paprikapulver
2 tsk chilipulver
3 tsk spiskummin
2 krm cayennepeppar
1 nypa socker
Blanda samman alla kryddor, klart! Det går självklart bra att göra en större sats, förvara i en burk med tätslutande lock. Skaka burken då och då så kryddorna inte klumpar ihop bara.
