Idag hade jag egentligen tänkt skriva om den helt hysteriskt goda grillade laxen och bönsalladen vi åt till middag tidigare, men. Nu råkar det ju vara så att jag är en tämligen höggravid kvinna och när klockan närmar sig tio på kvällen lockade tårtbilderna mer än bilder på gröna bönor..
Så jag bjuder istället på årets födelsedagstårta. Jag fyller nu i juli och har så länge jag kan minnas haft jordgubbar av någon form på mina kalas. När jag frågade Axel, som fyllde nu i slutet på juni, vilken slags tårta han ville ha fick jag först svaret:
-en jordtårta!
Som tur var ändrade han sig och önskade sig en tårta med jordgubbar och grädde. Och det var jag tacksam över!
Tårtan är fylld med jordgubbsgrädde och fläder/vaniljkräm. Sen spritsade jag bara gräddrosor runt om och massor med jordgubbar uppepå. Eftersom det faktiskt var en tårta till en treåring och inte en bröllopstårta strödde jag på lite gröna och blåa strösselpärlor runt jordgubbarna. Tre ljus som kronan på verket och kalaset kunde börja!
Receptet till anslagen (tårtbottnarna), är samma som jag alltid använder och ni hittar det här.
Jordgubbsgrädden är precis som det låter, finhackade/lätt mosade jordgubbar blandade med hårt vispad grädde.
Fläder/vaniljkrämen fuskade jag fram lite genom att använda hederlig marsansås, men bytte ut ca 1 dl mjölk mot 1 dl outspädd flädersaft.
Gräddrosorna spritsade jag med tyll nr 1M. I grädden som jag spritsar brukar jag ha i lite marsansåspulver för att den skall bli lite enklare att jobba med.
På sommaren är en riktig grädd- och jordgubbstårta svårslagen när det är kalas, eller hur!?
