Hej bloggen och alla bloggvänner. Nu var det sådär rysligt länge sedan jag uppdaterade igen. Med all den där sommarhettan vi hade försvann liksom min ork till att baka eller laga mat.
Men nu är jag på banan igen Få se, vad har hänt sen sist? Jo jag kan åter igen måla mina tånaglar själv och tvätta fötterna utan att få andnöd. Jag behöver inte gå upp och kissa varje gång jag vaknar till på natten och jag tar mig lätt som en fjäder både i och ur bilen.
Lillebror har alltså äntligen kommit till världen! Ni som följer mig på Instagram har såklart redan sett lite bilder. Men det blev en mörkhårig liten krabat som så här 10 dagar gammal mest sover, äter, bajsar och då och då drar en kastspya.
De allra flesta som varit gravida känner igen sig i det här med att boa in sig mot slutet av graviditeten. Man pysslar, donar, rensar ut och förbereder för vad som komma skall. Den här gången var det verkligen inte så för mig, kanske var det på grund av hettan ute, vad vet jag. Men nu efteråt tar jag igen det! Sen den där fredagseftermiddagen när lillebror kom till världen har jag hunnit med att rensa rosenbuskar, kokat äppelgröt, gjort äppelmos och lagat massor med mat. Plötsligt kom all energi till att fixa och dona tillbaka. Hur underbart som helst!
Ni var många som efterfrågade receptet på denna soppa när jag la ut bild på Instagram, och självklart delar jag med mig.
Det här receptet har hängt med ett bra tag nu och kom till av en ren slump. Min kära mor läste nämligen av två recept samtidigt första gången hon skulle koka denna soppa, som då råkade bli en blandning mellan orginalreceptet på köttfärssoppa och vegetarisk lasagne….. Men tur var väl det, för soppan blev hur god som helst!
Med åren så har det kanske kommit till eller tagits bort någon liten ingrediens här och där, men det är liksom charmen med recept man lagat om och om igen. Dom tål att ändras lite på. Så här blev soppan denna gång:
Köttfärssoppa
600 g köttfärs
1 stor gul lök
4 vitlöksklyftor
2 stora morötter
1 burk salsa (valfri styrka)
1,2 l vatten
3 msk rödvinsfond
1 dl rödvin
2 lagerblad
1 fp passerade tomater
salt & peppar
Finhacka lök och vitlök, bryn den tillsammans med köttfärsen i en stekpanna.
Ha upp i en gryta. Grovriv morötterna och ha i dem.
Tillsätt salsan, vatten, fond, rödvin, lagerblad och de passerade tomaterna. Krydda med salt och peppar.
Låt stå och småputtra i ca 10 minuter.
Soppan kan ätas på direkten och är på det viset en perfekt maträtt att bjuda på om man har lite snålt om tid. Men har man möjlighet att göra den ett par timmar i förväg, eller ännu hellre, dagen innan så blir den himmelsk! Värm bara på och späd med lite vatten. Servera ett gott bröd och en klick vispad creme fraiche till.
