Idag bjuder jag på en snabb och enkel pastarätt. Jag hade en burk med kräftstjärtar i lag i kylen som blev grunden i denna rätt, sen tillsatte jag lite vitlök, champinjoner, tomater och basilika, det var allt som behövdes. Ja och så en massa pasta förståss!
Pasta med kräftstjärtar:
2 portioner pasta
5 stora färska champinjoner
2 vitlöksklyftor
10 körsbärstomater
1 ask kräftstjärtar i lag
1/2 kruka basilika
salt & peppar
Undertiden du kokar pastan, skär champinjonerna i skivor och stek dem i en klick smör.
Finhacka vitlöken och låt den steka med när svampen börjat få färg.
Dela tomaterna i halvor och häll av lagen från kräftorna, ha i tomater och kräftor i stekpannan och låt dem snabbt bli genomvarma. Ha i pastan, salt, peppar och finhackad basilika, rör om väl, ringla över lite olivolja och servera genast!
