Här hemma blev det kycklingröra i tortillabröd till middag. Jag älskar den här typen av mat, man tar av vad som finns hemma och förhoppningsvis blir det gott. Det är lite som att spela på lotteri varje kväll när middagen skall fram på bordet men om jag får säga det själv brukar jag lyckas! Idag tog jag av de smaker jag var mest sugen på och avslutade det hela med min favorit, bladpersilja. Man kan även tänka sig att servera pasta till detta, om man inte har tortillabröd nära till hands!
fyra portioner kycklingröra:
700 g kyckling
1 liten burk majs
1 gul lök
3 vitlöksklyftor
1 röd paprika
chiliflagor efter önskad styrka
cumin pepper
salt & peppar
2 dl creme fraiche
1 dl mjölk
persilja
Skär kycklingen i kuber och stek den i en klick smör, slå över majsen och låt dem steka med. Se upp så de inte blir brända. Finhacka lök och vitlök, ha i det i stekpannan.
När kycklingen är genomstekt, tillsätt hackad paprika, chili, cumin pepper, salt, peppar, creme fraiche och mjölk. Låt detta koka ihop under ett par minuter. Såsen skall bli krämig och tjockna. Hacka persiljan och strö det över kycklingröran. Servera sallad och tortillabröd till.
