Det här inlägget var igentligen tänkt att publiceras igår, men efter en hel dag med sånt där väder när himlen når ner till marken ni vet, sken det plötsligt upp! Alla moln försvann och seneftermiddagen/kvällen blev så där underbar som den bara kan vara en tidig vårdag.
Vi tog med oss hunden ut och njöt av vädret istället för att sitta inne och arbeta (vilket vi får sota för nu, solen skiner fortfarande ute och här sitter vi och arbetar på självaste långfredagen..).
För er som inte riktigt betsämt er för vad ni skall bjuda på till dessert i påsk kan jag rekommendera att besök hos husgurun Martha Stewart, där finn allt och lite till! Jag har plockat ut tre favoriter på temat citron, vilket passar ypperligt så här i påsktider.
Först ut är de här bedårande citron-maräng-cupcakesen, du hittar även en video som visar hur du gör dem.
Desserter man gör i portionsformar är riktigt smidigt tycker jag, du kan duka snyggt och du vet att det räcker till alla.
Vem kan få för många recept på pajer? Inte jag i alla fall, här är en sötsyrlig variant med len citronkräm som fyllning.
Vi skall börja påskfirandet hos svärfar ikväll och jag står för desserten, jag vet att han tycker mycket om choklad så jag funderar på att göra en variant av chokladmoussetårta, bilder och recept kommer förhoppningsvis under helgen!

För min del, i min familj blir det inget typiskt påskfirande. Vi är här ute på vårat lantställe och har det mysigt, och på påskafton ska vi faktiskt till universums bästa pizzarestaurang. Ingen dör av lite variation, ellerhur? Men på söndag blir det säkert en sillmacka eller två 😉

Kan inte säga att jag riktigt firar påsk. Har bara ställt ut några coola hönor i huset och fyllt ett påskägg med mörk choklad. 😉
Nope! Och jag tänker inte göra det heller. Jag firar INGENTING förrän jag har en egen familj =)
Citron är perfekt att göra desserter på. Det blir så friskt och gott. Jag gjorde en supergod Påsktårta med Lemon Curd och Mascarpone. Absolut att rekommendera :).Glas påsk!
