Efter att ha varit hela dagen i Leksand, plockat bland underbart fina papper, stämplar, färger och annat fint på stämpel & scrapmässan är jag ganska slut som artist och kvällen kommer att spenderas i soffan. Med den allra sista energin gjorde jag i ordning en riktigt smaskig lördagsmiddag. Enligt Sebastian hade han gärna slickat av tallriken, om han nu inte vore så väluppfostrad..
Lövbiff i vitlöksås
ca 300g lövbiff (2-3 skivor var)
smör att steka i
1 vitlöksklyfta
100g Cantadou vitlöksost
2 dl matlagningsgrädde
1 dl mjölk
½ köttbuljongtärning
salt & peppar
Stek biffen i smör i en het stekpanna, lägg undan den stekta biffen på ett fat medans du gör såsen.
Finhacka vitlöken och bryn den mjuk i pannan. Vispa ur stekpannan med grädde och mjölk. Smaksätt med vitlöksost, buljongtärning, salt och peppar. Lägg i köttet och låt såsen koka ihop några minuter.
Servera ugnsbakad potatis och en god sallad till.
